Financial Information
We are a privately-owned, family-run small business. We proudly provide the highest quality restorative dental work while keeping most of our fees at or below average for the Stafford area. We are able to accomplish this by operating with an experienced and dedicated team. Additionally, we are continually striving to create a very efficient facility. Dr. Amin intends to keep your costs fair and to make payment plans manageable and accessible. Please consider referring your friends and family to help grow our dental family into a healthy small business.
Appointments
We pre-reserve all appointments for our patients. Every effort is made to see patients as soon as possible. However, certain time slots are very popular and may require scheduling several weeks in advance. Therefore, we ask that you honor your pre-reserved appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24 hours advance notice in order to offer that time slot to another patient who may need treatment. Therefore, we charge a fee for last-minute and/or frequent cancellations.
Insurance
Just like our predecessors, we will remain an unrestricted dental provider. An unrestricted provider is a dentist who is not contracted by dental insurance companies. This is beneficial to our patients because treatment planning and allowable services are controlled by the dentist and not the restrictions of a dental insurance company that may not be in the best interest of our patients. We will, however, assist you with filing your dental claims once you have provided us with the necessary information.
Payment
Your dental insurance may assist you with the cost of your treatment, though it rarely covers the entire fee. As a courtesy, we will also help with checking your plan before treatment so you have an idea of how much your insurance may cover. If the cost of treatment exceeds what your insurance may cover, we will discuss payment plans that will make your dental work more affordable. It is the policy of this office to deliver the highest quality of patient care for fees that are well within a reasonable range.
